However, keep in mind that the Support Crew members will not work for free. On top of that, you’ll have to take certain approaches or complete additional objectives during the Heist to make the most out of them.
Being caught too many times, or being caught by the search helicopter (when it spawns) will send you back to LS; including any crew members helping you with the run.
Turn left and head back up to the main area. At this point, all you have to do is get to an exfiltration point, so move past the guards the same way you did on the way in.

Bit frustrating, as it takes forever to fly that damn thing all the way from the top of the map. Haven't managed to start my second playthrough yet because of this.
EDIT: Okay so it seems like doing this when it’s your check here first time hosting the heist causes the game to freeze for the other person receiving the money. I didn’t try this until it was my second time completing the heist so I didn’t know.
After successfully hacking into the signal box, you will be locked into the CCTV camera of El Rubio's compound. You can cycle through the cameras to find the entry points. Here are all the locations:
Equip some Body Armor and a close-range weapon like a Shotgun or SMG, then make your way to the bridge. Check your corners, as enemies are hiding to shoot you as you pass.
Use a Shotgun or any powerful close-range weapon to "clean" the office quickly. Go to the laptop towards the back of the office.
Best one yet: while escaping Cayo Perico, the USS Luxington spawned off the north coast. I drove the dinghy towards it full speed but the mission ended before reaching it
I think that comes from the same problem mentioned here on PC. The update screwed up with the game's performance, regardless of the platform.
